All emails between the Fish and Wildlife Service and Monsanto Company, sent between November 2014 and the date this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Mr. Anderson,
We apologize for the processing delay. Searches are being conducted in the
Division of Scientific Authority and the Ecological Services programs. We
will provide additional information about responsive records as it becomes
available.
We have classified you as a representative of the news media. As such, we
may charge you for some of our duplication costs, but we will not charge
you for our search or review costs; you also are entitled to up to 100
pages of photocopies (or an equivalent volume) for free. See 43 C.F.R.
§ 2.39

Thank you for specifying that keyword. One question for further
clarification: Which record custodians are you requesting that we search?
We do not have the capability to conduct a search of all employee emails.
We send out the search requests to individual custodians, who in turn
conduct manual searches of their records. Are you proposing a search of,
for example, Headquarters Refuges Chief and other Headquarters Refuges
personnel, the FWS Director, the FWS Deputy Director, and Headquarters
External Affairs (Public Affairs)?
