Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1 - All emails between the Ambassador of the US to Guinea and any staff at the CDC between 01/01/2014 and today. You can easily search for emails that were sent/received to/from the @cdc.gov domain.

2 - All emails between the Ambassador and any staff of Sandia between 01/01/2014 and today. You can easily search for emails that were sent/received to/from the @sandia.gov domain.

3 - All emails between the Ambassador and any staff of Phoenix Air between 01/01/2014 and today. You can easily search for emails that were sent/received to/from the @phoenixair.com domain.

4 - The Memorandum of Understanding on Material Transfers that was signed between the USA and Guinea in 2017, which you have on file.

5 - Any minutes or notes of discussions to prepare the mission that took place around September 2017 to bring Ebola blood samples from Guinea to Atlanta. You can restrict your search to the timeframe 01/01/2016 to 01/12/2017.

This request should be properly classified as a media request. I am a freelance investigative reporter covering covering East and Central Africa, with a particular focus on business, corruption, natural resources, land and social issues.

I have a strong likelihood of publishing news articles based on information released in response to this request. I have previously been published in Le Monde Afrique, IRIN News, Sydney Morning Herald, African Arguments and others.
