This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

This request is for any U.S. DOJ documents and/or information on the following:

1. an entity known as Donald Stone Investments Inc.

Brief background on Donald Stone Investments Inc., a mysterious entity (completely unknown to Donald D. Stone) until it surfaced in a civil RICO case No. 98-14069, Stone vs. Warfield Sr. et al in the Southern District of Florida.

In the Defendant filings of James R. Johnson in the Stone vs. Warfield case there is mention by Johnson (President of Washington Investments) of an entity known as Donald Stone Investments Inc. Stone believes that this was part of an alleged securities fraud scheme to use Stone's good name (without Stone's knowledge)to attract investors to invest in an entity known as Donald Stone Industries Inc.(DSII) which had been seized from Donald Stone in late 1993 and controlled by Charles Richard Longo Sr. (deceased 2011), Gilbert Sapperstein (deceased 2016) and certain other co-defendants in case No. 98-14069.

Johnson and Washington Investments were deeply involved in selling alleged fraudulent student loan notes and/or securities involving Longo's truck driver training school, Shippers Choice Inc.

Donald Stone Industries Inc, after late 1993 was controlled by Longo, Sapperstein, and others using the same address as Longo's Shippers Choice Inc.,truck driver training school. Possibly Donald Stone Investments Inc. was being run out of Shippers Choice location also.

James C. Bailey, 3975 S.W. Bimini Ct. Palm City, FL. was alleged to be a board member of Washington Investments Inc. and would allegedly have knowledge about Donald Stone Investments Inc.

For possible DOJ information concerning Donald Stone Investments Inc., requestor ask that the DOJ search the U.S. Attorneys Ofc. Baltimore, MD. specifically the files of former U.S. Attorney for MD., Lynne Battaglia and her Chief of White Collar Crimes, Dale Kelberman, the USDOJ Bankruptcy Trustee Maryland head, Karen Moore, her staff attorney, Lori Simpson, U.S. Attorneys office,Southern District of Fla., under Thomas E. Scott Jr.

Specifically the Baltimore, MD. USDOJ notes of a meeting dated 9-26-24 between Dale Kelberman, Lori Simpson, William F. Howard and a Mike Beck.

SEC, Washington D.C. securities filings of Washington Investment Corporation,1000 Potomac St. N.W., Suite 118, Washington D.C. 20007 Shippers Choice. Inc., Charles Richard Longo Sr., Gary Boardwine.

For example SEC Form D Notice of Sale of Securities dated and signed by Charles Richard Longo Sr. dated 7/29/93, containing the address of Washington Investments Inc.,1000 Potomac St. N.W. Suite 118, Washington, D.C. 2007.

DOJ could also check the files of FBI agents in Maryland, Florida, and FBI headquarters in D.C. allegedly those agents in Maryland, Marina Murphy, Dave Midura, Dave Rodden, Gary Bald, Florida,Southern District, Hector Pasquera, Gary Favita, Kit Wilcox,Michael McBride, Constantine Golvatny, Reed Robertson, etc.

2. any DOJ visits and/or DOJ files on the website, www.marylandcorruption.com.

3. any U.S. Dept. of Justice files on Donald David Stone, Jensen Beach, FL. 34957 resident.

4. any U.S. Dept. of Justice files on the Pinnacle Towers, Sarasota, FL. $325 million dollar IPO in 1997/98,the following bankruptcy of Pinnacle Towers, and the alleged approx. $8.3 million dollar payment that Pinnacle Towers made to Mark Cary Sapperstein as part of Pinnacle's $325 million IPO.

5. any US Dept. of Justice files on Donald Stone's motion to Hold Mark C. Sapperstein in Criminal Contempt of Court in the civil RICO case No. 98-14069, Stone vs. Warfield Sr. et al in the Southern District of Florida that allegedly Mark Sapperstein had falsified an affidavit filed in this case.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.
