This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

This FOIA request is for miscellaneous information on U.S. Attorney's for Maryland from Rod Rosenstein to Lynne Battaglia and pertaining to Gilbert Sapperstein (deceased 2016) and Charles Richard Longo Sr. (deceased 2011).

1. A copy of the oath of office that Rod Rosenstein signed when he was allegedly hired by U.S. Attorney for Maryland, Lynne Battaglia in 1997.

2. A copy of the oath Rod Rosenstein signed when he was sworn in as U.S. Attorney for Maryland to allegedly replace Thomas Dibiagio.

3. A copy of the oath Lynne Battaglia signed when she was sworn in as U.S. Attorney for Maryland and a copy of the oath that Dale Kelberman signed when he was appointed Battaglia's Chief of White Collar Crimes for Maryland (what an appropriate title).

4. Any complaints Assistant U.S. for MD. Rod Rosenstein may have filed with the U.S. Dept. of Justice Professional Responsibility Div. over the alleged misconduct of making false and misleading statements by his boss, U.S. Attorney for MD., Lynne Battaglia, her Chief of White Collar Crimes, Dale Kelberman, Assistant A.G. MD. George Russell III, Lori Simpson US. DOJ Bankruptcy Trustee lawyer, Lori Simpson, and Defendant Battaglia's legal counsel , U.S. Attorney for Southern District of Florida (SDFLa), Thomas E. Scott Jr., and Maureen Donlan, Assistant A.G. in the CIVIL RICO case of Donald Stone vs. Robert Warfield Sr. Case No. 98-14D69-CIV-MOORE Southern District of Florida 1998 or Stone vs. Warfield Sr. et al. Case No. CIVIL RICO ACTION NO. L-98-3652-Legg United States District Court for the District of Maryland Oct. 1998, in which Florida federal prosecutors, Thomas E. Scott Jr. and Maureen Donlan were added as defendants along with the original U.S. DOJ defendants in the earlier Stone vs. Warfield et al. Case No. 98-14D69-CIV-MOORE Southern District of Florida 1998.

5. Any and all U.S. DOJ internal documents between U.S. DOJ headquarters in Washington D.C. (under Janet Reno) , U.S. Attorney for Maryland, Battaglia and Thomas E. Scott Jr. U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, pertaining to the U.S. DOJ lawyers named as defendants along with Charles Richard Longo Sr. and Gilbert Sapperstein in Stone vs. Warfield Sr. et al. Case No. 98-14D69-CIV-MOORE Southern District of Florida 1998. The U.S. Southern District of Florida was U.S. Attorney General, Janet Reno's home turf.

6. Any and all U.S. DOJ internal documents between U.S. DOJ headquarters in Washington D.C. under Janet Reno , U.S. Attorney for Maryland, Battaglia and Thomas E. Scott Jr. U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, pertaining to the U.S. DOJ lawyers named as defendants along with Charles Richard Longo Sr. and Gilbert Sapperstein in Stone vs. Warfield Sr. et al. Case No. CIVIL ACTION NO. L-98-3652-Legg United States District Court for the District of Maryland Oct. 1998.

7. Any and all internal U.S. DOJ documents in which US. AG MD. Lynne Battaglia and her Chief of White Collar Crimes, Dale Kelberman, sent a Honda Motor Company Executive to federal prison for allegedly lying in a sworn statement to a judge in U.S. v. SAVOY.

An alleged variation of the same stunt Battaglia,Kelberman, and other DOJ lawyers tried to pull on plaintiff Stone in Stone vs. Warfield Sr. et al. Case No. 98-14D69-CIV-MOORE Southern District of Florida 1998.

8. A copy of all U.S. DOJ internal documents between Maryland and DOJ headquarters in Washington D.C. and court pleadings by Lynne Battaglia in the alleged sham lawsuit by Charles Richard Longo Sr.,Gilbert Sapperstein, Bruff J. Procter, Hal P. Glick, Robert Warfield Sr., Bruce A. Moore, and Donald Stone Industries Inc. vs. Donald Stone in the Worcester County Circuit Court case No. 94CV0182. In which U.S. Attorney for MD. Battaglia, quashed a legal and lawful subpoena that was served on her.

9. A copy of the US DOJ internal notes (under US AG MD Lynne Battaglia) and the notes of a meeting pertaining to Charles Richard Longo Sr. dated Sept. 26, 1994 between Dale Kelberman, Chief of White Collar Crimes US DOJ for MD., Lori Simpson, US DOJ Bankruptcy Trustee lawyer, William F. Howard, MD. Assistant AG, Higher Education Div. and a Mike Beck, investigator MD. Higher Education Div.

10. Any and all U.S. Dept. of Justice documents pertaining to Charles Richard Longo Sr. (deceased 2011) or any of the entities owned and/or controlled and/or associated with Charles Richard Longo Sr., National Training Systems, Shippers Choice, Shippers Choice of Virginia. The FBI have a alleged 284 page file on Charles Richard Longo Sr. but will only release approx. 43 pages.

11. Any and all U.S. Dept. of Justice files on Gilbert Sapperstein (deceased 2016). Two Maryland FBI agents, Marina Murphy and Dave Midura are alleged to have conducted an extensive investigation into Gilbert and Mark Sapperstein, concerning the alleged targeting of Jane & George Chamberlain and their entity Linktel,by Mark Sapperstein and others, but Comey and certain of his FBI agents are alleged to be stonewalling any public release of this info.

12. Any and all U.S. Dept. of Justice documents involving the alleged removal of MD. U.S. Attorney, Thomas Dibiagio by Deputy U.S. Attorney General, James Comey (under Michael Mukasey, U.S. Attorney General) personally and replacing Dibiagio with Rod Rosenstein. These documents are needed to help clarify a couple of alleged scenarios that emerged in the media during this time. That Dibiagio had allegedly issued public statements that had allegedly embarrassed the U.S. DOJ or allegedly targeted MD. Governor Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. (R) or allegedly targeted Baltimore Mayor, Martin O'Malley.

13. All U.S. DOJ records on the Richard Royden McCleary drug trafficking operation between Florida and Maryland, specifically the Eastern Shore, Ocean City, Snow Hill Worcester County, MD. area and the lawyers in Florida and specifically the Maryland lawyers that were alleged to have been involved in this drug trafficking operation.

14. Any US DOJ documents that would shed light on how Gilbert Sapperstein a resident of Maryland and the Southern District of Florida, managed to steal and launder an estimated $3.5 million from the Baltimore School Board over an approx. 10 years (early 1990's to 2003) while allegedly under investigation by the DOJ and/or FBI.

15. Any U.S. DOJ white papers or documents that would grant DOJ lawyers immunity to engage in alleged violations of federal criminal and/or civil statutes repeatedly.
