This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All records, documents, and information relating to the the attached Plea Bargain as to Defendant Terry Richard Martin, United States of America v. Terry R. Martin, Case No. CR03-0370RSL in the United States District Court for the Western District of Seattle, and the collection, receipt, and distribution of the disgorgement of ill-gotten gains, restitution, special assessments, fines, penalties costs, and other money obligations in connection therewith (plus any interest owing thereon) payable, including without limitation monies payable to the United States and as restitution to the victims of the criminal conspiracy, wire fraud, securities fraud, and money laundering crimes, wrongdoing, and illegal activities set forth in the attached Plea Bargain.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
