This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Any document, email, and/or invoice showing the cost to the US Army for the creation, distribution, marketing, or any other costs associated with the US Army News & Information Mobile app. The below links help explain what app I am speaking of.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I prefer not to use phone calls in relation to FOIAs as they are often not easily accessible in submitting potential appeals. I am requesting the documentation on the cost of the app to the Army. The documentation. If a SME would like to contact me on the matter of the cost then please let me know if they will only do so via phone, if not please provide them, patrick@elevnth.com.
The request I believe is not too broad. I am requesting the documentation of the cost of an app. Something that FOIA is designed for. FOIA is used to the "keeps citizens in the know about their government." I think the cost of an app is something citizens would want to know. Feel free to search from January 1st 2000 to the date this request is processed if you need that parameter.
If you still think with the parameter above is too broad, please reject the request so I can appeal.
