Good Afternoon,
We sincerely apologize for the delay in response to your email, and appreciate your patience.
Please be advised that this office has no records, it only serves as the referral point and policy office for the Department of the Army Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Requests for information and documents under the purview of the Army are referred to the proponent agency for appropriate handling in accordance with Army Regulation 25-55, The Army Freedom of Information Act program.
Your request is still in queue to be processed. By law, we process requests on a first-in, first-out basis and unfortunately, due to an increase of requests and shortage of personnel, our processing time has increased. However, requests are being processed as quickly as possible. You will receive a letter from the action officer once the referral has been processed informing you of which Army Activity it was sent to for processing and direct response to you.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Thank you,
DA FOIA Office

Hello Sir,
I have taken over a few cases from employees who have left. Yours (Please provide copies of the following records (Records related to the unauthorized access, use or abuse of the social media Twitter account @FtBraggNC. Specifically any records related to the incidents and explicit tweets which occurred or were posted on 21st, October 2020.) is one of them. After this amount of time has passed, it is customary to request if you are still interested in pursuing this request.
If you can reply as soon as possible, I will ensure your case is either closed or moved along in the order it was received. If we do not hear from you by March 31, 2023, will administratively close the case.
