Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I wish to obtain all records pertaining to the abduction of the US minor ARDEN FUSS by his fugitive mother ALEIDRIA RIVERSONG LICHAU, aka Chappell, in violation of a US court order and using a fraudulently obtained US passport (Case number: 1:18-cr-00653-PAC filed 9/13/2018) including all documents, including emails and diplomatic notes, relating to efforts by the US Department of State, including the US embassy in Costa Rica, and by the US Department of Justice, to obtain the return of the abducted US minor to the United States and to obtain the extradition of the fugitive mother back to the United States.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
