Dear FOIA Officer:
Pursuant to the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, I request access to and copies of any and all files and materials regarding or referencing Mary Todd, daughter of TASS correspondent, Laurence Todd (1882-1957). Mary Todd attended Radcliffee College and Knoxville College between 1959 and 1961/62. Sometime in 1961/1962 Mary moved to Cuba, where she worked as an English teacher, interpreter and translator, including of Castro's speeches, articles in the Communist newspaper, Granma, and books by Cubans on Cuban history and politics. Mary Todd died on November 5, 2016. [For reference: https://classreport.org/USA/md/Bethesda/bcchs/1959/]
For her life in Cuba, please consult all responsive files kept in relation to entities associated with Mary Todd in Cuba, including but not limited to: Granma, and the Association of Cuban Translators and Interpreters.
If there are CIA files on Mary Todd during her period at Radcliffe College or Knoxville College (1959-1962), I also request access to these materials.

Fee Categorization
For fee categorization purposes, I am a noncommercial other requester. regular unpaid column, "On Reflection," in the Lakeville Journal. Accordingly, I am only required to pay reasonable standard charges for document search and duplication after the first two hours of search time or 100 pages of duplication. 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(4)(A)(ii)(III); id. § 552(a)(4)(A)(iv)(II).
I would prefer to receive the information electronically, on a CD or thumb drive.
Conclusion
If my request is denied in whole or part, please justify all withholdings by reference to specific exemptions and statutes, as applicable. For each withholding please also explain why your agency “reasonably foresees that disclosure would harm an interest protected by an exemption” or why “disclosure is prohibited by law[.]” 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(8)(A)(i).
