Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any records pertaining to the lawsuit filed by a U.S. bankruptcy trustee against Brad Parscale and his parents, Dwight Parscale and Rita Parscale, in which Brad, Dwight, and Rita Parscale were accused of improperly transferring funds and assets from their company (Electric Image) to themselves, as described in the following news article by ProPublica:

According to the article, exhibits in the aforementioned lawsuit show "checks, all signed by Rita Parscale in August 2003, for $33,000 paid to Dwight Parscale, $4,800 to Rita Parscale and $6,200 to Brad Parscale."
Brad Parscale is currently the campaign manager of President Donald Trump's 2020 re-election campaign.
Electric Image was "a small 3D animation software company" of which Dwight Parscale, Brad Parscale's father, was the CEO, and which filed for bankruptcy in August 2002, according to the ProPublica article.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
