I am in receipt of your FOIA request for "Any and all documents and spreadsheets relating to Mingo County, WV and McDowell County, WV for the period 2018-2019." Unfortunately, this is not a perfected FOIA request.
OSHA maintains records based on employer name and site address, and we do not have jurisdiction over County employees. In order for me to process this request under the FOIA, please reply with at a minimum the name of a specific employer and/or the site mailing address for the records you seek. You may find this link to be useful in searching the OSHA database for possible inspections as well, https://www.osha.gov/pls/imis/establishment.html.
Your request to OSHA has been tolled, which stops the 20 day response clock, until further clarification can be received. If a response or amended request is not received by COB, January 13, 2019, your request will be considered withdrawn and administratively closed.
