To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

VA FOIA Request:
- Originally sent to (FOIA.vbaco@va.gov)
Perhaps additional request to the following to gain better traction:
- Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Inspector General Release of Information Office (50CI) 810 Vermont Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20420 Fax: (202) 495-5859 Email: vaoigfoia-pa@va.gov.
- DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, Office of Assistant Secretary for Information and Technology Email: (vacofoiaservice@va.gov)

I am requesting Security video recording at Department of Veterans Affairs clinic 401 Moye Blvd Greenville North Carolina, specifically at the foyer, the security room, and the front drop off at the entrance of the facility on July 13th, 2021, from 10:15 am to 11:00 am, as well as 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
I, Joshua Weber am no longer the subject of any further investigation, therefore the record is no longer protected by any exclusion, the criminal case is officially over and confirmed.
Case No. 4:21-mj-1102-RJ

I, Joshua Weber am specifically the subject in the video record being requested.
- Please provide to me all content, including but not limited to body camera video, building surveillance and related audio, dispatcher logs, police reports, internal memos, related departmental policies for the handling of patients as well as de-escalation required to be used by the Department of Veterans Affairs police.
To reiterate, I am the subject of the video, and the trial has already taken place on these matters so there is no further threat to a fair trial posed by disclosure.
This request is based off, and to re-establish my July 15th emailed FOIA request. I ask the VA to confirm where the initial request is in the process and why I am yet to receive any reply whatsoever.
Please reply to this 3rd party and deliver to either my email or address listed on the enclosed VA FOIA form 20-10206 which is named VA_FOIA_ 2021-07-15_blacked_12-34.pdf

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Joshua James Weber

Mr. Owen L. McNeil has received both several phone messages as well as email from Joshua Weber and due to Mr. McNeil's choice to ignore the veteran all together, left him with no other choice but to use a third party to further document the United States Department of Veterans Affair's neglect to not meet the request which dates back to July 15th, 2021. Sense the Greenville VA Hospital was completely capable of providing the video to the Greenville Prosecutor's office, there should be no reason the FOIA request has yet to be honored. The VA Hospital employee witnesses and police have made it their mission to smear a veteran with false charges and all lie in court. VA employees are so arrogant that they feel they have the power to deflect these facts away from a third-party media.
Please be advised that the veteran, Joshua Weber, wishes to use MuckRock as a means of communication with the VA and request responses be made through this media.
The United States Department of Veterans Affairs, the Greenville hospital employees and the Veteran Affairs Police have committed despicable acts against veterans for far too long. They are all the product of a tyrannical government policy which implies federal and now state employees have immunity from prosecution. This year’s VA Police Improvement & Accountability Act CREC-2021-06-15-pt1-PgH2777 is a complete joke to them.
