An acknowledgement letter, stating the request is being processed.

From: Ryan Weisensee

To clarify, I am seeking all material related to (a) a specific topic: psychological and pharmacological research conducted at (b) specific locations or by individuals associated with said locations: the universities in question (c) during the specific time period in question. To clarify further though, I am interested in any material that does not fall directly under the umbrella of MKULTRA Your choice to combine all such location-related material into a single request seems to indicate this is not an excessively difficult request but if further clarification is needed, please provide me with the kind of information that might expedite such a search. Thank you.

From: Central Intelligence Agency

The request has been rejected, with the agency stating that it can neither confirm nor deny the existence of the requested documents.
