Please provide a detailed description of the records being sought to include what is the record; what are the specific dates of the record; and specific names of agency employees, as we have to have as much specificity as possible in order to facilitate a reasonable search and so that a knowledgeable official of the agency can conduct a search with reasonable effort. Please direct requests related to the Military Services, Combatant Commands, or other Defense Agencies to the appropriate organization/component that maintains the record(s) of interest (see access for further guidance). If you believe that DCMA funded a contract for requested documents please provide more detail about the records being sought (contract number(s) and dates of document(s)) to narrow the scope and to facilitate a proper search. You may also research Reading Rooms or search on-line. DCMA's Reading Room can be accessed via the following link, DCMA is not obligated to create, compile, or obtain a record to satisfy a FOIA request, the FOIA is not a research service.
