This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
- Please provide a list of contracts that have been awarded to ManTech, to ManTech International Corporation, to ManTech Advanced Systems International, Inc. and / or to any of the ManTech company subsidiaries (herein called ManTech) by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD).
- Please provide the contract award numbers, the contract award amounts, the title and / or name of the contract and a description of the task.
- Please indicate the type of contract and if the contract contains any escalation cost wording or cost plus wording or any other wording that changes the awards' dollar amount. Please indicate if the contract is cyclically renewed or is perpetually renewed; evergreen contract.
- Please identify the name of departments within the DoD, awarding the contract(s) to ManTech.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Ms. Csorba,
I am with the Office of the Secretary and the Joint Staff FOIA Office, which recently received your request concerning contracts involving "contracts awarded to ManTech...by the U.S. Department of Defense." As it stands now, your request cannot be processed at this time as it is not reasonably described. We cannot conduct a search without a contract number. Please also note that there is no central FOIA processing point for the entire Department of Defense (DoD) and each of military services and various DoD Components process their own requests.
In order to assist you in your search effort, I ask you to please visit the Federal Procurement Data System <https://www.fpds.gov>. Using this resource you will be able to search on the company in question, identify those contracts that may be of interest and then properly direct your request to the appropriate DoD contracting agency.
