US Cryptologic History Special Series Number 3: Space Surveillance SIGINT program, 1980
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Good Morning Mr. Morisy,
I am writing in response to your status request faxed on or about 21 Aug 2013, regarding your FOIA request submitted to the NSA/CSS FOIA Office on 28 May 2013. Your request for a copy of "US Cryptologic History Special Series Number 3: Space Surveillance SIGINT program 1980" was assigned Case Number 70769. Our response to your request was mailed to you on or about 14 June 2013. Shortly after we responded to your FOIA request, you faxed in a status check on or about 14 Jul 2013. To err on the side of caution, I mailed out our response to you again on 19 Jul 2013, which I see has been posted on your website along with the article.
