This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I, Marilyn Elizabeth Howard hereby, request the following records:
U. S. AIR FORCE ENGAGING IN RACIAL PROFILING OF BLACK NEIGBORHOODS TO CONDUCT MILITARY "WARFARE" OPERATIONS SURVEILLANCE ACTIVITIES IN BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND.
On August 29, 2015 driving my vehicle from the 4500 Block of Spring Avenue located in Halethorpe between 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, I witnessed air force conducting military condensation operations forming chemicals trails over Halethorpe's Black enclave in Baltimore County, Maryland.
The air patrols continued targeting me onto 695 North to Security Square Mall in Woodlawn. Air force plane's trails overhead, continued tracking vehicle throughout Woodlawn in Baltimore County.
On numerous occasions, I have seen air force military conducting condensation Chemtrails over my property and neighbors property located in the 4200 Block of Spring Avenue in Halethorpe, Woodlawn/Gwynn Oak, andfor Winters Lane in Catonsville.
In 2010, I begin witnessing surveillance aircrafts patrol targeting in Washington, DC, Montgomery County, P. G. County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County and in Baltimore City.
Please provide documentation pertaining to me for any government "Watch Lists," DOD 1033 Military Equipment, DOJ Spy plane and (CAP) programs from (2005 to 2015) and any and all data collected from air force patrol units for me including videos, audio, photographs, court orders, warrants, NSLs and subpoenas.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
