Thank you for your speedy response. I had two items for clarification.

First, were the only redactions the selectees' names? If so, that makes complete sense and was not part of my original request's scope anyway.

Second, I see that the invoice put me in the commercial requester category. I should be properly categorized as an other use requester, if not a media use requester, since I work for a nonprofit, I have no financial use for this information, I am going to be editorializing on and disseminating this information to the public free of charge, and the topic is one of great public interest.

Respectfully,
Alexander

Also, I notice that Regions 1-4 have information on positions with selectees that are held in abeyance, but are not included on the data sheets for unfilled recruitments. This is also the case for the Office of the Administrator (OA), Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP), Office of Environmental Information (OEI), Office of General Counsel (OGC), and Office of Research and Development (ORD). Do these offices have unfilled recruitments without selectees?

Good Evening,

This is in response to your questions regarding FOIA Request EPA-HQ-2017-005650 closed on April 7th, 2017.

Yes, the only information redacted from the lists were names per Exemption 6.

And I will forward your request to be categorized as an Other Use or Media Requester to our National FOIA Office staff.

Thank you for your interest in the EPA and have a good evening!
Kristina

This is relating to FOIA Request EPA-HQ-2017-005650.

Thank you very much, Ms. Sandfoss. I had a second email on April 7 relating to what appears to be some missing data that I wanted to ensure your office saw. Here is what I wrote:
