To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A series of documents entitled "ULATT Exploitation" mentioned in a previously declassified document, consisting of over 1764 published documents as of december 1950, along with any other referenced documents from the "Majestic Series" numbers 1-99, including an index of the Majestic Series if such a document exists.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

James Lawrence

Also, regarding the fees for my request, as I am a student on leave at Hampshire College, as well as an online journalist through several outlets including archive.org as well as twitch.tv where i disseminate content to interested viewers in the general public to enhance their understanding of the operation or activities of the U.S. government, I believe I fall soundly into the category of a news media freelancer in terms of fee assessment. I also firmly believe that the documents requested fill all the requirements for a public interest fee waiver, given I have literally no commercial interest in these documents (it's a hobby), but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

Respectfully,

James Lawrence

P.S. : I bet real humans read these. If you do, tell me your name?
