UFO material from NASIC

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Federal Freedom Of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of SF-135 forms which describe in detail the contents of archival record boxes covering the time period 1953 through 1982, relating to UFO records. There are supposedly 2,959 pages of these SF-135 records.

These records are mentioned at http://www.ufomind.com/area51/list/1997/sep/a30-008.shtml, and were quoted to exist by TSgt Gery Huelseman, NAIC employee

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. If these records were released to the public, it would reduce nuisance FOIA requests for UFO records, and provide requestors a more focused approach to records that *actually* exist.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would like to set a fee limit of $15.00. If the charges are not waived, and go beyond the $15.00 limit, I would like to be informed in writing to the total cost.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
