Dear Requester: The United StatesMarshals Service (USMS) is responding to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)request mentioned above.  Please find attached the final disclosure. Sincerely, USMS FOIA Admin

From: Emily Crose

This is helpful, but the request was specifically for data recorded by UAS overflights, not just relevant documentation. So much of the provided documents are withheld that I'm unclear from your response if you are considering the requested data exempt from FOIA release, but the provided documentation does not meet the parameters of my request.

From: Emily Crose

I would like to have this request reviewed in appeal as the information provided doesn’t fully meet the parameters of the request.

Can I expect to hear a response from this appeal?
