Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

- All internal agency memoranda, bulletins, and training materials regarding the "Quiet Skies" program from March 1, 2018 through July 29, 2018. For reference, the Boston Globe reported on July 28, 2018 that the Quiet Skies program "targets travelers who 'are not under investigation by any agency and are not in the Terrorist Screening Data Base,' according to a Transportation Security Administration bulletin in March." For the purposes of this request, please include both agency-wide TSA memoranda and U.S. Federal Air Marshal Service records.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
