To Whom It May Concern:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
A record of all Instagram Direct messages sent by or received by the TSA's account on Instagram:
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Attached above are your 3 emails sent to the TSA FOIA office that included FOIA requests for information regarding the TSA's use of Twitter and Instagram. First, 2 of the emails ask for the same information about Twitter. Is there a difference between these requests? Finally, would you be opposed to opening these requests under the same FOIA request number?
Once we receive your response we will continue processing your requests.
Thank you for your time. Have a great day!
