This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of any TSA Incident response reports as well as any communications with other agencies regarding the detention of Aditya Mukerjee, who was held for a number of hours on August 3, 2013 at JFK Airport, Terminal 5.
