To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All memos and intelligence cables written by, to, or from Mike Pompeo in which the words "Trump" and "Putin" appear with search dates of July 9th to the date of search.
Fee Waiver:
1. The records are "likely to contribute" to the understanding of the Trump-Putin summit. This is since such records will credit or discredit the President's comments and findings in Russia's meddling in the 2016 election. They will also show whether or not such information is viable as known.
2. This information appeals to a large base of Americans. This is since this has been breaking news on CNN, NBC, etc.
3. There is little information known in regards to the comments of the president.

Expedited Processing:
There is an urgency to inform the American public. This is due to this being a breaking news matter. Thus, the inform would lose value if it is not processed rapidly.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
