Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Greetings. I request all records containing the term "Trump Organization" that the FBI did not consider to be of investigative interest. I believe that these records can most easily be located by conducting a full-text ECF search and a CRS main file and cross-reference search, eliminating the records resulting from the CRS main file and cross-reference searches, and producing the remaining records. If it is easier, you may break my request into two parts: one for ECF and one for CRS, search for "Trump Organization" regardless of whether the records was of investigative interest, and produce the records separately and I will make the comparison myself. If my request is unclear or I can assist in the process, please contact me by email at matt@loevy.com.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The FBI’s FOIPA Program is searching the FBI’s indices for potentially responsive documents.

Estimated Dates of Completion
Requests are processed in the order in which they are received through our multi-track processing system. Requests are divided into two primary tracks--simple (under 50 pages of potentially responsive documents) and complex (over 50 pages of potentially responsive documents). Complex requests are further divided into medium, large, and extra-large sub-tracks based upon request size. Simple track requests typically require the least amount of time to process. Currently, simple track cases average approximately 98 days from the date of receipt for processing. Our complex requests in the medium processing track are currently averaging 947 days, large processing track are currently averaging approximately 2,011 days, and extra-large processing track are currently averaging 2,360 days for processing.
