This is a request for a Mandatory Declassification Review ("MDR") under Executive Order 13526. I hereby request the following records:

1) The reports, and supporting documentation, produced by the United States Department of the Treasury's ("Treasury") Office of Intelligence and Analysis ("OIA") in preparation for the designation of the following entities, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, on June 28, 2005 (hereafter "Iranian Entities"):

1.1) Iranian Entities

1.1.1) Aerospace Industries Organization ("AIO")
1.1.2) Shahid Hemmat Industrial Group ("SHIG")
1.1.3) Shahid Bakeri Industrial Group ("SBIG")
1.1.4) Atomic Energy Organization of Iran ("AEOI")

1.2) A copy of the Iranian Entities designation, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, is available on the Treasury web-site at: http://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/Programs/Documents/wmd.pdf

2) The reports, and supporting documentation, prepared by Treasury's Terrorist Finance Tracking Program ("TFTP") in preparation for the designation of the Iranian Entities, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, on June 28, 2005.

3) The reports, and supporting documentation, prepared by Treasury's Iraq Threat Finance Cell ("ITFC"), Baghdad, Iraq, in preparation for the designation of the Iranian Entities, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, on June 28, 2005.

4) All electronic mail (e-mail) messages, including any document attachments (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.), sent between Treasury and the following organizations via the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System ("JWICS"), the National Security Agency Network ("NSANET"), the NRO Management Information System ("NMIS"), the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Network ("NGANET"), the Capitol Network ("CAPNET"), the Sensitive Compartmented Information Operations Network ("SCION"), the Intelligence and Research Information Support System ("INRISS"), the Secure Internet Protocol Router Network ("SIPRNET"), and/or other secure government networks, in preparation for Treasury's designation of the Iranian Entities, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, on June 28, 2005:

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
