4) The reports, and supporting documentation, produced by Treasury's Iraq Threat Finance Cell ("ITFC"), Baghdad, Iraq, in preparation for the designation of the Entities and Individuals, pursuant to E.O. 13382, on February 1, 2011.

5) The reports, and supporting documentation, produced by Treasury's Afghan Threat Finance Cell ("ATFC"), Kabul, Afghanistan, in preparation for the designation of the Entities and Individuals, pursuant to E.O. 13382, on February 1, 2011.
