While he has not stated when he served in the United States Navy, he has written that he graduated from the Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL Class 218.

Because Gilliam is considered a government and military expert by the national news media, there is an urgency to inform the public about the veracity of Zinke's claims to alleged government activity. Please respond with an estimation of the amount of time it will take to process the request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
