This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All correspondence from 2007 -2009 to or from Mr. Tyler Duvall, Mr. D.J. Gribbin, Mr. Quentin Kendall and Mr. David Horner regarding the Commonwealth of Virginia's application for New Starts funding of rail to Dulles International Airport, Dulles Toll Raod, and the issue of TIFIA financing in general. This is a clone of a prior request, control number 2008-0081.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
