From: Department of Transportation

Good Morning Mr. Sewell, Ms. Griffin has forward me the following emails below. I have searched my email several times to see if I could have overlooked your request and I have no record of ever receiving your request in the Office of the Secretary FOIA office. After checking my database, the only request that I have from you is 2018-68 dated 12/4/2017. I have no other request from you. After rereading the email below, there is no evidence that the original request and the follow-up emails were ever sent to the OST FOIA in-box. If you like, I will officially log this into the OST FOIA database, send you an acknowledgment letter and send out a Search Memo to see if we have the records that you are requesting. I do apologize for any mix up.
