Ms. Russell,

This e-mail is in reference to your subject FOIA. Will you please tell us if you are agreeable to receiving rolling responses every 30 days as information becomes available. We would also like to know if you would like public available information only, or would you like to receive a denial log of withheld information? If any Confidential Business Information (CBI) is located, would you like to have the CBI claim substantiated? The substantiation process can take up to one year to finalize, and would require a $1000 fee commitment from you.

In the meanwhile, if you would like to modify or narrow your request so that it may be processed sooner; or if you no longer wish us to continue processing or if you have any questions about this request or disagreements with the extension deadline, please inform me before Friday, January 19, 2018.

Additionally, you may seek dispute resolution services from EPA's FOIA Public Liaison at hq.foia@epa.gov<mailto:hq.foia@epa.gov> or (202) 566-1667, or from the Office of Government Information Services (OGIS).
