Dear Mr. Pfeiffer,

This is the NNSA's final response regarding FOIA 19-00115-AB. You requested the following:

"High quality and fidelity scans or copies of the record described on OSTI OpenNet thusly: BROKEN ARROW THULE AIR BASE, GREENLAND, JANUARY 21, 1968 PHOTO COLLECTION FROM LOS ALAMOS NATL LABORATORY, AIR FORCE SAFETY CTR,
SANDIA NATL LABORATORY, J TASCHNER (ACCIDENT 30, THULE AB, GREENLAND). 310 pages. The location of said record is given as: NNSA/NSO. To assist with locating this record please note that you can access the OpenNet citation at the following
URL: https://www.osti.gov/opennet/detail?osti-id=1428068 ."

As you explained, the information that you requested is publically available at the following website: https://www.osti.gov/opennet/detail?osti-id=1428068. The information can also be found at https://www.nnss.gov/pages/resources/nucleartestingarchive.html for a fee of $2.00 for a CD-Rom, plus shipping and mailing fees where applicable. I contacted the Nevada Office to confirm the information is available at the aforementioned cost and to verify the quality of the scanned material. The photograph collection is scanned at 300 DPI and will be provided in that format.

In addition to the aforementioned sites, we performed a cursory search of the internet and identified another website (www.theblackvault.com<http://www.theblackvault.com>) that may be of interest to you. Mr. John Greenewald, Jr. has acquired a number of documents from various agencies regarding the 1968 Thule Air Base B-52 crash including thumbnails of the NNSA photo collection and posted them at: https://www.theblackvault.com/documentarchive/1968-thule-air-base-b-52-crash-with-4-hydrogen-bombs-on-board/. We hope this helps in your search for responsive information.

Based on the public availability of the requested information on NNSA's website, your request (FOIA 19-00115-AB) is now closed. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have questions or concerns.
