From: Caitlin Russell

Hi Connie,
The final response for request number USSOCOM FOIA 2017-023 was uploaded to AMRDEC SAFE on Nov. 16, but unfortunately the password expired before anyone was able to retrieve it. Can you please provide me with a new working password so I can download them? If you have any questions please give me a call at 617-299-1832. Thanks!
Best,
Caitlin Russell

Ms. Russell,

Just tried to call, no answer.

I discussed your past phone messages with the FOIA Chief and he advised if I received any further correspondence to forward to him, which is why I did not return your call; however, now that I know you are from MuckRock (from the below), I understand why you are contacting me. Your previous phone message only stated your name and upon completion of my search of our database, the FOIA request was information not requested from Caitlin Russell, it was a request from Curtis Waltman.

USSOCOM FOIA 2017-023 was finalized on November 16, 2016. We normally would not provide a final response to someone other than the original requester; however, in this case, the final response was "no records" were located.

If you need anything else, please advise.

Regards,

Connie
