Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1.A DEA 6 proffer of a co-defendant FBI/DEA informant telling agents that he has direct knowledge that I am in the middle east working with Dubai Government officials to build a waste recycling facility and directing another co-defendant CI to gather money in St.Louis,MO to be used to initiate the project in Dubai,UAE.
(That is the beginning of the FBI/DEA and Secret Service using unauthorized NSA surveillance programs where the justice department falsely represented me as agent of a foreign power. I moved to Dubai April 2013 I returned to the United States May 2014)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
