Records mentioning or describing TheDarkOverlord AKA The Dark Overlord, including but not limited to events described in Private Industry Notification # 20180131-001, dated 31 January 2018 and titled "Cyber Criminal Group Threatens Schools and Students."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Any document mentioning Dark Overlord may not provide you with more information about the events described in the notice. For example, documents just mentioning Dark Overlord may include emails about drafting the Private Industry Notice, which may not provide any more information about Dark Overlord.
Please advise whether "documents and reports about the events described in the Private Industry Notice" better describes what you are seeking, rather than any document mentioning Dark Overlord that may not describe the discussed events.
