To Whom It May Concern:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
From 2012 to present
Documents sufficient to show investigations into The People's Lobby.
Documents sufficient to show surveillance, including but not limited to informants, agents, or other FBI personnel carrying out operations pertaining to, including, or targetting The People's Lobby.
Documents sufficient to show searches of files, property, or premises belonging to or in use by the People's Lobby.
This request is being made for an organization and not any particular individual, so a privacy waiver should not be necessary.
We are also requesting a “cross-referenced” search relevant to the The People's Lobby.
We are also requesting a search of “ELSUR” (Electronic Surveillance) records. These include the names of all people and/or locations for which the agency sought a court order for electronic surveillance.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
A no responsive documents response.
