I am appealing the cited exemptions in their entirety. The b(6) exemption does not apply as the book is published and openly acknowledged, and the Agency claims that the reviews are required as are the notices. As such, the Agency cannot claim that the information is therefore reasonably expected to be private in its entirety. Similarly, if any material is protected by b(3) or b(4), which I do not concede, then it is segregable information.
