Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All records of communications between any official, employee or representative of the Department of Commerce/Census Bureau with any official, employee or representative of Google and regarding “The American Community Survey”.

All correspondence between any official, employee or representative of the Census Bureau with any official, employee or representative of the Democratic National Committee regarding “The American Community Survey”.

All records related to proposed, planned or actual payment of any funds to or from any of the two organizations listed above (Google, & DNC) regarding “The American Community Survey”

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I'm sorry but don't I got a copy of your 1st follow-up. This was submitted the 10/29/18. They have 20 days to respond. Unless I get a copy how do I know Muckrock followed up on the initial request?
