From: Mary Chisholm
To Whom It May Concern:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
I am looking for text messages from personal phones of contract employees of the Social Security Administration. I would like all the text messages for the time frame of 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 of the management team(s) of the DDS or Disability Determination Services division of HHSC and/or DARS contracted by the Social Security Administration. Texas law: Employees must keep any text messages sent or received that contain information about HHS business on a personal or state-issued device. Specific managers are: Brenda Bradley, Dan Tippit, Martin Nealeigh, Anne Nance, Mary Wolfe, Lori Broccolo, Ruben Guererro, and any and all managers using their personal phones for public business.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Mary Chisholm
