Dear Mr. Hoppock:
Today was the target date for your FOIA Request #2022-33471 regarding orders appointing Elise Manuel to be a temporary BIA member. I wanted to let you know that I have made some headway in tracking down a some of the requested documents, but I am still working on acquiring other documents that could serve as a type of "order" depending on the process that was in place at the time of appointment. If you could allow me an additional week or so, I have faith I can fulfill your request more accurately. Please do not hesitate to email me directly if you have any questions. Thank you for your patience. Sincerely,
Jessica Gardner Judicial Law Clerk, OGC

Hello. I received a final adjudication letter saying this was a full grant but did not receive the documents. I was sent instructions to log in to a PAL account, but every attempt I've made to do that using the credentials that were sent has failed. Can you please just email the attachments to this address, or mail them to me? Thank you.
