Each order appointing Elise Manuel to be a temporary BIA member.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Hello. I received a final adjudication letter saying this was a full grant but did not receive the documents. I was sent instructions to log in to a PAL account, but every attempt I've made to do that using the credentials that were sent has failed.
