Any and all talking points and similar memorandums, emails, and transcripts providing advice or direction on how to handle the media, media interviews, and statements used by personal employed by or working for the Food and Drug Administration, which relates to the US government shutdown.
The time period for this search is from December 22, 2018 to the present date.
In addition to any other material, which meets the criteria of this request, please include in your responsive materials any documents, emails, or communications with the following phrases in the title or subject line:

I am a career journalist with work that has appeared at The Daily Beast among other publications. I am willing to pay any reasonable expenses associated with this request, however, as the purpose of the requested disclosure is in full conformity with the statutory requirements for a waiver of fees, I formally request such a waiver.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
