Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all written or electronic communications, including attachments, sent or received by press secretary Heather Swift that contain one or more of the following words or phrases: "Matthew Allen" and/or "Allen". This requests seeks any and all documents or communications in Heather Swift's possession that refer to the Bureau of Land Management's former communications director Matthew Allen. This requests seeks documents produced between September 1, 2017 and the date this request is processed.
I am a reporter for Pacific Standard magazine.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
