|Multi Request||‘Suspicious Activity Reports’ filed on Elizabeth Coady|
|Submitted||June 8, 2020|
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
This is a request for all submitted documents, memos, emails, videos, voice recordings, texts submitted to, collected by, received or solicited by the Department of Homeland Securities, the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the DOJ on Elizabeth Coady, DOB 1/13/1961.
Ms. Coady requests that a copy of each and every SAP be delivered along with date, location, alleged ‘suspicious’ activity, and the name of the place of business or person submitting the report. Ms. Coady has resides in Chicago, Ill., Philadelphia, Pa., and Erie, Pa. during this period and has traveled to multiple US states as well as Paris and England during that period. She seeks records from each and all locale.
Ms. Coady is a nonconsensual subject in Darpa’s Brain Initiative. Her inclusion in this defacto torture, cognitive surveillance and neuroscience informatics research program is enabled through the creation of falsified intelligence, contrived narratives by contractors, business owners, private citizens, Infraguard participants, DOJ COPS participants, surveillance specialists, newly arriving immigrants hired by the Department of Homeland Security. Targeted individuals categorized as ‘noninvestigative subjects’ are subjected to ‘disruption’ campaigns by the FBI and its agents in an effort to turn victims into ‘legal nonpersons’ to strip legal protections from the victims of these most-heinous government abuses that violate their Constitutional rights to due process, to face their accuses, to be free of cruel and unusual punishment, the right to privacy, free assembly and speech.
Ms. Coady is seeking any and all submissions, in any form, received by the DHS, specifically from
Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA);
Science and Technology Directorate;
Office of Intelligence and Analysis, and
Office of Operations Coordination
in cooperation with the DOJ and the FBI for the period from JANUARY 2010 through today, June 7, 2020.
The FBI’s Counterterrorism Division
The Department of Justice
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
