To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

-Copies of all notices of suspension or termination of access to FinCEN Query that FinCEN has sent to outside agencies since FinCEN Query's inception.

-A list of all outside agencies that have signed a Memorandum of Understanding granting them access to FinCEN Query.

If it is possible to provide me with documents relevant to one of the two above-mentioned requests before documents relevant to the other request are available, I would appreciate if you would do so.

I also request that all fees be waived as I am a journalist -- employed by MuckRock and the Boston Globe -- and I intend to use any pertinent information I receive as a result of this request to educate the public on financial crimes and cooperation between government agencies.

I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Todd Feathers

Ms. Michanczyk,

Thank you for your help with my request (#2014-270). I wanted to clarify something regarding the responsive documents you sent. I see that you provided the complete list of agencies with access to FinCEN Query, which was the second point of my request. The first point was for notices to agencies that were suspended or banned from using FinCEN Query. I did not see any documents pertaining to that request, and was wondering if there are no responsive documents for it, or if they were not included in your response.

Thank you so much
Todd Feathers

Hello,

It has been nearly two years since i submitted this request, and I still have not received documents responsive to the main point of my request, namely:

"-Copies of all notices of suspension or termination of access to FinCEN Query that FinCEN has sent to outside agencies since FinCEN Query's inception."

Please send me the responsive documents.

Todd
