I am following up on the above referenced FOIA request in which you asked for all emails sent to, from, or copied to: Susan Bodine, from January 1, 2016 to Present Day containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-string "liberals", "kushner", "Giuliani", "Mastroianni", "Elliott Broidy", "Mark Siffin", "EB-5", "George Nader", "Erik Prince", "alias", "FOIA", "Israel" or "whistleblower". We are in the process of searching, but one term that will most likely generate an extraordinary amount of hits is the search term "FOIA". Could you be more specific with this term as to what specific FOIA information you would be interested in?
Additionally, due to the number of keywords you have listed, I was hoping you could grant a 90 day extension to comply with this FOIA? This would extend the deadline date to August 22, 2019.
Please let me know as soon as possible about including the "FOIA" term in our search and if we could extend the deadline.

We have received your update to the above-referenced FOIA Request and unfortunately it is still too broad to be able to accurately search for records that may be responsive to your request.
Whenever possible, your request should include specific information about each record sought, such as the date, title or name, author, recipient, and subject matter. If known, you should include any file designations or descriptions for the records that you want. The more specific you are about the records or type of records that you want, the more likely EPA will be able to identify and locate records responsive to your request. 40 C.F.R. ยง 2.102(c).

I am willing to restrict the search further, however, it is worth noting:
1.) Almost all other Federal Agencies have been able to respond to such requests for emails identified by key-strings;
2.) The keystrings are the topics of information that I am requesting and also the key to conduct a text based search;
3.) Government employees, through their regular work, routinely search emails by key-strings, therefore it is not a complex or burdensome task to complete.
With that in mind, I am willing to limit my request to the following key-strings and timeframe:
-Key-Strings: "Giuliani", "Mastroianni", "Elliott Broidy", "Mark Siffin", "EB-5", "George Nader", "Erik Prince";
-TimeFrame: January 1, 2016 to January 1, 2017
