This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All records on, about, mentioning, or concerning Sunshine Marina or the surrounding water within a mile of the marina. The entrance to Sunshine Marina is located at 35.093332,-114.632592 and the furthest inland part of the marina is located at 35.094859,-114.635274. This is approximately 10 miles south of Davis Dam on the Arizona side of the Colorado river. The marina is directly east of the southernmost point of Big Bend of the Colorado State Recreation Area in Nevada. Land access to the marina is in the area of Bullhead City known as the Riviera and is between the western most points of Marina Blvd and Riviera Blvd. Sunshine Marina is just north of Rotary Park in Bullhead City, AZ. Records should include, but not be limited to records concerning spills or other environmental hazards and water quality issues among others. Please search all records created on or after January 1, 1990. Please use these location descriptions to help search for responsive records.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

You may appeal this no records determination to the National Freedom of Information Officer, U.S. EPA, FOIA and Privacy Branch, 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W. (2822T), Washington, DC 20460 (U.S. Postal Service Only), FAX: (202) 566-2147, E-mail: hq.foia@epa.gov.
