Emails to or from Associate Deputy Attorney General Steven H. Cook between March 1, 2017 and Oct. 24, 2018 containing any of the following terms:

- "Fair Sentencing Act"
- "924(c)"
- "safety valve"
- "3553"
For the purposes of this request, please include the full email chains in which any of these terms appear. Please note that according to NARA guidance, emails sent from private email addresses concerning government businesses are considered public record, and I therefore request a search of both work or private accounts used by the official for government business.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
