To Whom It May Concern:Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:An 2014 agreement between the state department and cyberpoint llc, located in baltimore, MA to launch cyber surveillance operations for the United Arab Emirates. It's an "approval document that explains CyberPoint contract is to work alongside NESA in the "protection of UAE sovereignty" through "collection of information from communications systems inside and outside the UAE" and "surveillance analysis".
