Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
- A complete list and/or report of all sports memorabilia seized during raids by your department beginning on Jan 1, 2018 to today's date. The list and/or report must include a description of the item seized, quantity of items, date item was seized, location where item was retrieved, and value. Any additional information would be okay to have included in the list and/or report.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for contacting the USMS FOIA. The USMS FOIA is currently experiencing an extreme backlog. Request will be processed in the order that they come in. We do not have an estimated completion date for your request. Please know that we are working as quickly as possible to process each request received. Additonally, the USMS FOIA Office was affected by the Furlough and therefore continues to experience and even further backlog of request. We Do Not have an estimated completion date of any request.
