To whom it may concern,
This denial of my request is improper and I would like to appeal it. Derek Hill's role as a special agent is not merely an allegation as you claim but is public knowledge via court records and media reports. The highly newsworthy involvement of Special Agent Hill in various cases of national concern means that the release of his work product is in the public interest. Please proceed with producing records responsive to this request.
Sincerely,
Christopher Schiano
